These are the ground rules for using the PNW Spokane Heating & Air website. They are short, and we kept the legal language to a minimum.

By using pnwheatingair.com you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. You are always welcome to call us instead at (509) 410-0769.
2. What this website is for
The site describes our heating, cooling and indoor air services and gives you ways to contact us. The articles, guides and answers here are general information for homeowners and businesses. They are not a diagnosis of your equipment and they do not replace an inspection by a licensed technician.
Safety comes first. If you smell gas, leave the building and call your gas utility or 911 from outside. If a carbon monoxide alarm sounds, get everyone out and call 911. Do not rely on a website in an emergency.
3. Estimates, prices and online tools
Any prices, payment examples or savings mentioned on this site are general information, not an offer. The price for your job is the one we give you in writing after we have looked at your home and equipment, and you approve it before work starts.
Tools on this site, such as the repair or replace guide on our home page, give a rough starting point based on typical equipment lifespans. They are not a quote, an inspection or a recommendation for your specific system.
4. Booking requests
Sending a form, email or text through this site is a request for service. It is not a confirmed appointment until we contact you and agree on a time. If you have no heat, no cooling or another urgent problem, please call (509) 410-0769 so we can respond faster.
5. Warranties and financing
We describe our warranty and financing in general terms on this site. The details that apply to you, including what a warranty covers, how long it lasts and what is excluded, are in the written agreement and manufacturer documents you receive with your job. Where those documents differ from the website, the documents apply.
Financing is offered through third-party lenders and is subject to credit approval. Payment examples on this site are illustrations only. The lender sets the actual terms.
6. Calls, texts and email
When you give us your phone number or email address, you agree that we may contact you about your request, your appointment and your system. You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP, and out of marketing emails with the unsubscribe link. Message and data rates may apply to texts. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your contact details.
7. Our content
The text, photos, logo, Sasquatch mascot artwork and design on this site belong to PNW Spokane Heating & Air or are used with permission. You may view, share links to and print pages for your own personal use. Please do not copy, republish or sell our content, or use our name, logo or mascot in a way that suggests we endorse you, without our written permission.
8. Using the site fairly
Please do not:
- Send false information, or book service using someone else's name without their permission
- Try to break into, overload or disrupt the site
- Use bots or scrapers to copy the site in bulk
- Use the site to send spam or anything unlawful
9. Links, reviews and other companies
This site links to other websites and shows content from other companies, such as maps, videos and customer reviews posted on Google. Reviews are the opinions of the people who wrote them. We do not control other websites and are not responsible for their content, products or privacy practices. Brand names mentioned here belong to their owners.
10. No guarantees about the website
We work to keep this site accurate and up to date, but we provide it "as is". We do not promise that every detail is current, complete or free of errors, or that the site will always be available. Services, prices, service areas and offers can change without notice.
11. Limits on our responsibility
To the extent the law allows, PNW Spokane Heating & Air is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses that come from using, or not being able to use, this website or the information on it. This section is about the website only. It does not limit the warranties or rights you have under a written service agreement with us, or any rights the law does not allow us to limit.
12. Washington law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington. Any dispute about the website will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Spokane County, Washington.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The new version takes effect when we post it on this page with a new effective date. If you keep using the site after that, you accept the updated terms.
